      No. The No-Drill version needs no electrician, no tools and no wiring. Stick the magnetic base to the wall, snap the light on, and you're done in about 30 seconds. Only the Hardwired version connects to wall wiring, and that's the one where an electrician is recommended.

      Go No-Drill if you rent, want a 30-second install, or like being able to move the lights later. It gives you the same built-in hotel look with nothing to drill and nothing to wire. Choose Hardwired only if you want a permanent fixture and never want to charge. Both come with the remote and all 3 light temperatures, and both are 50cm (19.7in) tall.

      One complete set: 1 left unit and 1 right unit, so the pair is symmetrical from the moment it goes up. A remote control is included. The manual is available as a PDF.
